Summary:
On Sunday 19th July, we will be carrying out a scheduled outage to expand our storage infrastructure. This is required to allow the natural growth of our customers into the foreseeable future.
As a result, web sites and email services will be unavailable from midnight AEST. Linux platform services such as email, domain services and the clustered web hosting will be back online by 1 AM. FTP services will resume shortly before 2 AM.
Email sent during this period will be queued and delivered after this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update: 02:05 AEST – All upgrade tasks have been performed succesfully, full service should now be restored across all systems. Thank you for your patience.
