<p>MYOB Business Web Hosting is committed to providing an excellent hosting platform. Part of this process requires upgrades to our infrastructure. In most cases we are able to perform these upgrades without interruption to the service.</p>
<p>In this case we are consolidating all data onto a newer Storage Solution. This will require a full shutdown.</p>

</strong>Work is still progressing on the innodb issue. A solution has been identified and technicians hope to have the server back to full working order shortly.</p>

</strong>The innodb issue has now been resolved and the MySQL database server is fully functional again.</p>

<p><strong>Summary</strong><br />
We are upgrading our uplink to increase capacity to our Unified Platform. As part of this process we will be changing to a new Internet provider. This new provider will enable us to double the current throughput capacity.</p>
<p>This process will require a brief outage between 01:00 and 01:30 AEST. The actual outage should only be around five minutes.</p>
