During the maintaince window some customers who are access FTP using a DNS such as ftp.[domain].com may be unable to connect due to the DNS record not using a CNAME to either ftp.hosting-toolkit.net or ftp.myobnet.com.
During the maintaince window please use ftp.myobnet.com or ftp.hosting-toolkit.net or alternatvily prior to the maintaince window update the DNS record to CNAME to ftp.myobnet.com or ftp.hosting-toolkit.net.

Early on Tuesday morning we require a one hour window to perform scheduled maintenance on our SAN storage infrastructure. During this time Email and Web service performance may be reduced.
Update 1:05 AEST: The maintenance window has been extended for an additional 15 minutes. All services are operating as normal.
Update 1:15 AEST: The maintenance is now complete.

Impact: Spam blocking not functioning

Summary:
Following yesterday’s upgrade, some clients have noticed an increase in spam being delivered to their mailboxes.
Further investigation revealed that our Greylisting was not functioning for all email. Our operations team are working to restore this service, which should spam mail being delivered into mailboxes.
Update, 16:30 AEST: Configuration changes have been made to rectify our Greylisting. Clients should see a reduction in spam in email now being delivered to their mailboxes.

Summary:
Our operations team has identified an issue causing slow email delivery and are working toward resolving the issue.
Update 17:00 AEST:
The issue causing slow delivery has now been resolved. Our email queues will reduce back to normal levels shortly, meaning quicker delivery times.

Impact: Some PHP driven websites on the Power Cluster

Summary:
Following last night’s upgrade, some clients have encountered issues with PHP scripts that specify a full path to files.
Any clients experiencing this issue are advised to update sites’ configuration to use the new format, which can be found inside the Customer Toolkit.
Our operations team are working on an interim solution to map old paths to the new structure.
Update: Some customers were experiencing an issue with PHP’s “open_base” functionality. We believe this issue is now resolved however if any clients are experiencing further issues please contact support.

On Saturday 18th April, we will be carrying out a scheduled outage to upgrade our network infrastructure.
As a result, the MYOB Business Web Hosting website and customer Toolkit will be unavailable from 22:00 AEST on Saturday 18th April.
Client web sites and email services will also be unavailable from midnight AEST.
Full restoration of all services will occur at 07:00 AEST on Sunday 19th April 2009 with email being queued and delivered after this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update 18/04 22:00 AEST: MYOB Business Web Hosting website and customer Toolkit is now offline.
Update 19/04 00:00 AEST: All MYOB Business Web Hosting services are now offline.

Impact: Degraded performance of our back end file stores
